Refund policy

EXCHANGES

  1. Kehati will only accept exchanges within SEVEN (7) days from the date of delivery for online purchases.
  2. Please contact our Admin via WhatsApp at +6019-282 9577 or by email at kehaticreation.my@gmail.com for all matters regarding exchanges.
  3. Only regular priced items are exchangeable within SEVEN (7) days from the date of parcel receiving (for online purchase) with the presence of original receipt or screenshot of order email. Strictly no exchange for any type of promotional item(s) is accepted
  4. Customers must notify the admin on the parcel details with the tracking number. Reservation of item(s) will be cancelled after THREE (3) days from the initial exchange request if no tracking number is provided. The reserved item(s) will be released back to the website and we take no responsibility for subsequent stock unavailability.
  5. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s). These costs are non-refundable.
  6. Should the reason for exchange be seller-related ie. manufacturing error or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be borne by Kehati
  7. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you if you are eligible for an exchange.
  8. Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in unaltered condition. If any indication shows that this is not the case, your exchange will not be eligible. Kehati holds the right to not issue any refund as the item is not in a resellable condition. Should you like the item(s) back, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.  
  9. Once your item(s) has passed inspection, the admin will proceed with the exchange. 
  10. Should the price of the item(s) you would like to exchange for is higher than your purchased item(s), the difference must be payed before approval. In the event that the exchanged item(s) is lower than the original purchased item(s), no refund will be issued to match the new price  
  11. Any exchange may take place only ONE (1) time per transaction.  
  12. We will not accept any UNPAID PARCELS or fee on delivery (DFOD) parcels. Unpaid parcels will be returned to the sender.
  13. Kehati is not liable for the cost of customs duties or sales taxes for international order(s).

REFUND

  1. Refunds are only offered for LOST ITEM(S), OUT OF STOCK ITEM(S), AND INCORRECT ITEM(S).

  2. You should expect to receive your refund within FIVE (5) working days from the date we were notified. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return parcel (1-3 working days), and the time it takes from our finance department to your issuer bank to complete the refund (2-3 working days).

We reserve the right to change these policies at any time without prior notice.

 

 

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Eligibility

  • We only accept exchanges and will not issue refunds or returns.

  • You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request an exchange.

  • To qualify for a refund, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required. For online orders, your order confirmation email serves as proof of purchase.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

3. Exchange Process

4. Inspection of Returned Goods

  • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the receipt and status of your refund.

5. Approved Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • The refund will be processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. These costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

7. Exchanges

  • If an exchange is needed, either for size or color, please inform us, and we will facilitate the process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new items.
